We met yesterday for the first time when I came into your shop with a friend to look for an outfit for my daughter's May wedding.
I want to thank you for the time you spent assisting me in my final choice of the Coterie Lilac two piece suit. The outfit was photographed as soon as I got home and sent by email to both daughters and has been given a firm 'thumbs up' which is a good sign!
Many thanks and I feel sure I shall be visiting you again for other outfits in the future - you have a little GEM of a shop - where the atmosphere is very relaxed.

You have a good range and provide an excellent service and I will be happy to recommend you to anyone I know getting married here.

 

Easington Village is midway between Newcastle and Durham-Tees Valley Airports, (formerly Teesside Airport). It is also only a few miles from the North Shields ferry terminal. Time from all of these is only about 25 minutes drive.

We recognise that a lot of people visiting our website think that we are inaccessible. This is no longer the case. By virtue of the new airways now flying on regular routes to the airports, it has never been easier or cheaper to fly here. Flights from Belfast and Dublin for example are less than the cost of a meal out in a half decent restaurant. Easyjet to Newcastle from Belfast is only about £27 return. The same goes for flights to Durham-Tees Valley Airport from Dublin.

As part of our commitment to providing the best customer service possible we make you this guarantee: If you fly into any of these airports or arrive at the North Shields ferry terminal or any local railway station or bus depot, we will have you collected and taken to our shop. At the end of your visit we will then happily take you  back to the airport or other destination locally. No cost is involved in this. You are not even obliged to make a purchase once you visit the shop.

Our recommendation is that you arrive as early in the day as possible so that you aren't pushed for time. After visiting the shop we can offer a few alternatives. We can take you back to the airport so that you can return home, or we can take you to Newcastle City centre or the Gateshead Metro Centre so that you can end the day before catching a taxi for the ten minute journey to the airport.

If you fly into Durham-Tees Valley airport you would be best recommended to end the day with a visit to Middlesbrough or Darlington before catching a taxi for the short journey back to the airport. It's entirely up to you. You might even decide to make it a two day visit by staying overnight in Newcastle, Durham etc.
We will advise you as best as we can on options when you contact us.
It's only down to you now. If you make the effort then we will do our best to make your visit as fruitful as possible. The only restriction is that because you will be collected by car, the maximum number of visitors I can accommodate at any one pick-up is four adults. Please advise us at time of booking.

You will be given my personal mobile phone number, and if you have a mobile I will take your number too so I can contact you once your flight has arrived. You will not be left stranded.

This same sort of service is also extended to ladies who decide to come by train to Newcastle, Durham (easiest for us), Sunderland or Hartlepool. If you could manage a connection to Seaham this is ideal.

If you are uneasy about being met by a stranger then I could always pass on the phone number or email address of a previous visitor, if I get their permission first.
