Easington Village is about a mile and a half north of Peterlee, County Durham, just off the A19 on the coast side. The shop itself is located at the bottom of the village green and along from the King’s Mews which is on the junction of the B1283 and B1432. Caution, the road is NO ENTRY at the B1283 end and ACCESS ONLY at the other. This is the end you should come in from.

From south of Peterlee, Travel north on the A19 and take the exit after the Peterlee turn off. At the roundabout turn 1st left onto the B1283 signposted Easington. Drive into Easington Village until you see the King’s Mews on the right. Take the next right turn. Take the next right turn by the Village Food Store and then right again along the bottom of the village green. We are on the right opposite the bus stop.

From north of Peterlee, travel south on the A19 and take the A1086 exit signposted to Horden, (the first turn after Hawthorn Services). At the roundabout, turn left to Easington on the B1432 and then left again at the Village Food Store at the first set of bollards. Turn right into the road at the bottom of the village green. We are opposite the bus stop.

From the Durham area, follow the B1283 all the way to Easington Village through Sherburn Hill and Wheatley Hill. At the offset crossroads by the Pemberton Arms go straight across, still on the B1283. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit into Easington Village. Watch out for the King’s Mews on the right. Take the right turn after it, take the next right turn, then right again along the bottom of the village green into the Access Only road.

IF YOU ARE IN ANY DOUBT, RING US FOR DIRECTIONS (0191 5273945) OR ASK AT ANY POST OFFICE IN EASINGTON VILLAGE OR COLLIERY.

At the very worst then just ask where the Village Green is. We are just along the bottom of that across from the bus shelter

Sometimes when using a satnav with the street name option you may end up around half a mile away. Although the shop is on Low Row, this is a very short 100 metre leftover of a previous road so doesn't get shown on some satnavs. Best to go for Sunderland Road, Easington Village. A quick look at the map will show exactly where we are.
