Although we stock a decent selection of the wonderful Ann Balon collection there are simply too many styles in a lot of different sizes and colours to keep absolutely everything. If we have it in stock you are welcome to send for it on an approval basis against a refundable payment (less postage costs)

If we don't have it in stock we can generally get what you want in the size and colour you need.

If we have to place a special order we can only do this on a non refundable basis or we could end up buying for stock a lot more outfits than we sell. That would be madness and not financially sensible.

We will however sometimes buy an outfit for approval purposes if we confident that we could easily sell it in the shop. It's always better to ask.
